To permit the use of a shorter Alemite fitting (A-24405) the Alemite boss on the AA- 7561 Clutch release bearing hub has been in- creased in height from 1 1⁄2 inches to 2 1⁄8 inches. (See Fig. 956.)

The old fitting A-24408 lubricator fitting (long), will be held for repairs for use with clutch release bearing hubs having the short base.
