CLUTCH RELEASE SHAFT BUSHING SHORTENED

The length of the A-7508-B clutch release shaft bushing has been changed from 1 inch to 15/16 inch to provide a pocket for grease. Any stock of the old design 1 inch long bushings you have on hand must be used on pedals which do not have the A-24404-S7 lubricator fitting.

LUGS ADDED TO EMERGENCY BRAKE CARRIER PLATE ASSEMBLY

Four lugs 1⁄2″ high have been added to the outer flange of the emergency brake carrier plate assembly A-2600 and A-2601. See Fig. 958. These lugs provide additional support for the emergency brake band and lessen any possibility of the band shifting to one side.

SPARE WHEEL GUARD

The spare wheel guard A-17806 is chromium plated. It has black enameled brackets and is attached between the ends of the rear fender guards as shown in Fig. 937. The list price of the spare wheel guard, complete with necessary parts for installation, is $2.25.
